I stayed in a spacious Beautiful Room Garden View. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel offers regular snacks near the pools (i loved the ice cream!). The staff consistently helped. The pools and dining area were well-managed. The hotel even removes towels from beds that are saved but not used.
The gym has a limited number of machines. More variety would enhance the workout experience.

The reception team was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping kept our room spotless daily and provided excellent service. A special shout-out to the pool team, who were always quick to assist with any requests.

The food choices were various and high-quality ingredients were used. Staff offered snacks near the pools frequently. The main dining area had many options, with the kitchen staff ensuring everything was fresh.

The hotel features a long, beautiful pool with many sun chairs. Breakfast includes a large tasty variety. Staff offer snacks near pools at regular intervals, and I thought that was a great touch.
The service in the main dining area was not very friendly. It often took a long time to order a drink.

I particularly appreciated the beautiful pool and beach area as it provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff was very friendly and cute. I am already looking forward to returning to this charming resort.
I found that the drink service in the main dining area could be slow at times.

inconsistent minibarbroken equipment
I was quite frustrated . the minibar wasn't consistently restocked. Some days, it was full, other days almost empty. it became a daily guessing game and i had to call to request refills several times. also, the gym equipment maintenance seemed lacking. One of the treadmills was out of order for three days and another machine had a broken cable. these issues, though small, detracted from the overall experience.

The lifeguards by the main pool were ready for a good laugh and offered fast service. Mohamed Seif Elden kept our room very clean. The restaurant managers, Ashraf and Salam, ensured i could always eat safely despite my gluten and dairy intolerances..
i found service in the nur bar less attentive. It was sometimes challenging to get a waiter's attention there to place an order. I always had to ask for a teaspoon each time i wanted tea or coffee. The shopping mall on the ground floor remains unfinished with ongoing building work.
